The Project

At Noise Distillery, we love Trading Spaces. Not only are we big fans, we’re also proud of the role we played in arranging the original music way back in 2000. So when we found out that it was coming back on the air, we went back into the studio to do our own remodeling job.

Why are we doing this? We’re experts in sonic branding, and Trading Spaces has one of the strongest and most memorable brands in the business. It’s more than just giving it a fresh lick of paint. We needed to give it the flexibility live and breathe on all three screens and across multiple social media platforms. We would deliver a highly customizable, plug-and-play suite of music that can be arranged however you needed it, in a simple, streamlined format that your editors will love.

    Rich spent the first 10+ years of his career working with music industry heavyweights in Pop, Rock, Country and Rap. That experience has served him well in his role leading Noise Distillery’s creative team over the past 15 years.

    Chris Kennedy

    Senior composer Chris Kennedy has been creating unique, award-winning, original music tracks for broadcast, web, video games, and film for the last 15 years. He brings a passion for storytelling through music and exploring the intersection where traditional composition meets modern technology.
